We didn’t mean to buy stuffed toys from IKEA, but then Fox saw the broccoli and we discovered they were all on sale, and it just escalated from there.
Tally: 2 broccoli, 1 carrot, 3 mice, an elephant, a bunny, a dragon puppet, a moose, a small moose, a strawberry, and a worm.
Reflecting on the Eyes

My computer at work has the American McGee’s Alice’s Cheshire Cat’s eyes as a desktop picture (goodness, that’s a lot of possessives). I had the computer half-closed, and enjoyed the reflection the image was making on the aluminum.

I’m discovering one of the reasons I’ve been posting so spottily to this blog (other than generally being more tired in the evenings due to a much longer commute) as that as it’s gotten dark earlier, I no longer have any natural light to use to take pictures once I get home, and the color balance is always better with natural light.
You know, excuses and stuff. At least I can keep warm at night.
